Welcome to SMSGuard (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using the App, please carefully read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

SMSGuard is an iOS SMS filtering application that provides the following features:

• Intelligent identification and filtering of spam, scam, and promotional messages
• Custom filtering rules (phone number rules, keyword rules)
• Rule template library
• iCloud rule synchronization
• Plus subscription premium services

3. Usage Guidelines

When using the App, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activities
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Not use the App to interfere with or infringe upon others' communication rights

4. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including but not limited to text, images, icons, code, interface design, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of us or relevant rights holders, protected by law.

Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any content of the App.

5. Disclaimer

The SMS filtering feature of this App is based on machine learning and rule matching technology, and the following situations may occur:

• False positives: Normal messages may be incorrectly classified as spam
• False negatives: New types of spam may not be identified

We will continue to optimize filtering effectiveness, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. We are not liable for any losses caused by the filtering feature.

Filtered messages are still saved on your device, and you can view them at any time in the "Filtered Messages" category of the Messages app.

6. Subscription Services

SMSGuard Plus subscription service:

• Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be published in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
